Fried breast of chicken topped with mozzarella cheese and a white wine sauce served on a bed of Carolina white rice with asparagus

BLACKENED SALMON
A flame-grilled cut of Atlantic salmon, blackened, topped with a Dijon mustard sauce, served with a baked potato and fresh vegetables

NEW YORK STRIP
Our choice 12-oz strip grilled to a perfect medium
Served with a baked potato and fresh vegetables

SMOTHERED CHICKEN
Six-oz marinated breast of chicken grilled then topped with melted cheddar and sauteed onions, mushrooms and peppers served with a baked potato and vegetables

SHRIMP & GRITS
A Lowcountry tradition of whole ground cheese grits topped with sauteed shrimp, onions, celery, black olives, bacon and peppers tossed in a creamy white wine sauce

All entrees served with Tommy’s house salad (with creamy ranch dressing,
warm rolls and butter and choice of coffee, tea or soda.
